Track your order As soon as we have completed preparing your order will deliver your order by the Estimated Delivery Date provided, 2 - 5 days inner city, 5 - 14 days outlaying arears and take note all customized orders will take 7 to 14 days depending on quantity to complete. if it happens we complete earlier happy, we shall inform you so you can expect delivery sooner. express order option is available at an extra cost. express will take 3 - 5 days to process your order.

Changing your delivery address after placing an order is not possible. However, if you are not available to receive your order at your original delivery address, you are able to reschedule your delivery date with our courier services.

About delivery options Smiley Shoper offers two safe and convenient methods for receiving your order: Collection at a Smiley Shoper Pickup Point in Soweto address to be provided on order or google our location. Shipping times depend on where you are, our product selection and your choice of delivery or collection options. Please schedule your pick up time to avoid disappointments.

About delivery fees Smiley Shoper offers a fixed Standard Delivery of R150 for orders and our delivery options for furniture and bigger items will be quoted differently. we also offer a local delivery fixed at R60 for Soweto based clients.

International shipping & delivery We do not ship outside of South African borders at this time due to cost and taxes. However, we are planning to ship on Sadec countries soon Please contact us for more information.
